Criteria: The selected young person should exemplify remarkable achievements in the community, showcasing

dedication and hard work. This could manifest as either being an outstanding student who generously volunteers

time to assist community members or demonstrating exceptional skill and ability in a particular area through

sustained effort and dedication. The aim is to recognize individuals who, through their actions, make the city
