About

Free Flying Oregon is a mental health resource hub and wellness workshop center for young adults. We are located in Beaverton, Oregon and provide in-person workshops for the young adult population in and around Washington County. We also provide virtual resources and workshops that are accessible for all young adults who can and would like to participate.  

We encourage young adults to proactively care for their mental wellness in order to prevent and mitigate the impact of future mental health crises. We use knowledge, community, and collaboration to empower young adults to take control of their own mental healthcare.
