Events Lead & Cidertender

Our Beaverton location is looking for an Event Lead to help plan & execute PCC events, semi-private & private events. They will work closely with the Manager to make sure proper promotion, staffing, and supplies are taken care of.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on event leads
• Book semi private & private events
• set up, run, and take down of PCC events: cider pairings, craft classes, trivia, ext.
• Server drinks, food, flights
• Take deposits and payments at end of event
• Deliver promotional materials when needed
• Supply runs
• Set up & take down
• End of event reports
• Attend Chamber & other meetings
• Weekly check in with Management
• Taking regular serving shifts

This position will also be getting regular non-event shifts until events are increased and this position can concentrate on those.

Requirements for this position:

• Food Handlers, OLCC, 21+
• 3-5 minimum years experience with events management
• Working Weekends

$15-18 per hr + tips. Approx. 20 hrs per week part time. Approx 30+ per week full time. Some experience is necessary. Please let us know if you are looking for full time or part time.

Schedules are sent consistently, so staff can expect to see similar schedules week to week.
