The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for growing opportunities, sales and customer partnerships through developing and implementing a defined marketing / communications plan for Oregon Hot Tub and Allspa.

• This role offers the unique opportunity to build, manage, coordinate, and help implement all aspects of the marketing/communications plan such as strategy, branding, digital campaigns, communications, content creation and analysis.
• Work directly with the District Sales Manager to ensure lead generation continues to lead the industry based on campaigns launched.
• Lead Tracking and Organization: Tracking of sales leads and marketing drip campaigns.
• Website Oversight: Work with partners in the business to manage, maintain and enhance company websites.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute all marketing campaigns. Create and monitor campaigns on time as scheduled and ensure pivoting as needed based on results.
• Graphic Design: Create imagery for marketing campaigns and work with partners to create messaging.
• KPI’s: Track, Diagnose and Analyze Key Performance Indicators for results based dialogue.
• Working with Sales Team Members to ensure lead follow-up is being tracked effectively

· 3-5 years of marketing experience or leading marketing campaigns
· Personal Drive and Accountability to Results
· Must have an attention for detail and demonstrate a willingness to adapt to new techniques
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Be willing to work a flexible schedule
· Be dependable, self-motivated, and solution driven
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well in a strong team environment
· Hubspot Experience Preferred
· Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
· Must own and operate a smart phone
· Must have reliable transportation
