Tammy Yorba

Edward Jones - Tammy Yorba - Financial Advisor

Hi! My name is Tammy Yorba. I'm a financial advisor and I'm open to new clients. I've worked in the financial industry since 2000. I've had my own accounts with Edward Jones since 2014, and when the opportunity to transition arose, I took it.

Some things you can expect from me. If you call, I will call you back, immediately, if possible. If I tell you that I will do something, I will do it. I learned a long time ago that it takes a lifetime to build a good reputation, but only a moment to lose it. That's why I will work every day to prove to you that my morals and values are intact, and that I can be trusted to provide sound advice about your money.

The greatest pleasures in my life have always resulted from helping people. I volunteer with two nonprofit committees because I believe in people helping people. Helping people is in my DNA and that's what I plan to do every day in my business. This isn't about me; it's about my clients having someone who truly cares about them and will help them save, grow and stay on top of their finances. I fully believe that success is built in trust. I will work every day to earn and keep yours!

My Ideal Client:
My goal is to help people in marginalized communities: whether that means race, ethnicity (I speak some Spanish), sexuality, religious beliefs, age, gender or any other characteristic. I believe all people should be respected, appreciated and deserve financial advice from someone who treats them with respect.

If you're looking for a financial advisor you can trust, that has morals and values like yours, give me a call! If I can't save you money, time or provide better customer service, I'll be honest about that.

Co-Chair

I was born and raised in Western Washington County and has chosen to make Beaverton my home for nearly two decades. I have a true passion for the community that I call home.

Having over 30 years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses in our area, I understand the value of community and am passionate about building relationships both personal and professional. As a local REALTOR®, I'm also keenly aware that investment in your community has a direct and dramatic impact on quality of life now and for generations to come. I believe that a healthy Chamber of Commerce is fundamental in catalyzing leaders to improve the economic prosperity and they are some of the strongest and most fierce advocates of local business, in turn providing an essential voice for their community. When businesses succeed, communities succeed.

I am a Director on the BACC Board of Directors, as well as the chair of the Membership Retention and Recruitment committee.  I also serve on various additional committees such as the Women in Business and Evolving Leaders committee. In her free time, I love to explore our local wine country and spend time with friends.

Whether you live here and are looking for something new, or you are moving here for the first time, I would love the opportunity to make the buying or selling process easy and help you find the perfect home for you and your family. My intimate knowledge of this region, and experiences of having lived here all my life give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.

Pauline Lee

Program for Intellectual Empowerment

Hey everyone! Allow me to introduce

myself my name is Pauline and I am the owner and mind

behind Program for Intellectual Empowerment

I was born in Massachusetts and raised in plain ole Bakersfield California. Armpit USA

Growing up I had a cousin with autism. And I used to sit in on his therapist. All the intensive hours of “learning” When he was about 13… someone gave him a marker and his creative side was born.

Fast forward 2-3 years and he’s traveling the world with his art. Suddenly it didn’t matter that he had autism. Suddenly he was being seen as the individual that he is and not his disabilities.

This inspired me…we all have creativity within us. Waiting to be harness and cultivated.

After high school, I started the next part of my journey. I attended CSUB with an art major in mind and then switched sophomore year to child development. God made me realize that I needed to know more To make change.

Shortly thereafter I got my credentials started teaching. After a draining 2nd year of teaching (I took on two teaching position, staffing shortage) it was clear God wanted me in Oregon.

In 2018, the Program for Intellectual Empowerment was born. This was the first step. Bringing to the community something different, a methodology out of neuroscience. To create a movement where every individual is seen as who they are and cultivate a more creative, compassionate, thriving community… to change the world.
