Karin Calde was a child of a broken marriage. Her mother left when she was 10 years old, so she had to grow up fast. As an adult, she landed in South Africa as a social justice warrior, and after she returned and started a family, welcomed an Ethiopian child into her family. Along the way, her marriage broke up, became a rock-n-roller, married into the band, and launched a career helping people achieve more connection and less conflict with their families and stepfamilies.
