I'm Ada Boje, a licensed massage therapist focusing on advanced bodywork, and the owner of Health Touch Massage Center (http://www.HealthTouchMassageCenter.com/). I've practiced massage therapy in Portland, Oregon for more than 17 years.   I studied at the Oregon School of Massage in Portland, Oregon, and have continued my studies in advanced massage coursework throughout the country.

Philosophy
I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are connected, and that massage is a form of exercise having some of the same physiological impacts as physical exercise has on the mind and body.

As an advanced bodyworker, I help you learn how to be more connected to your body. I work with you to recognize the patterns you have in your body and to change patterns that aren't serving you to help you become more at ease.

I am a lifelong learner and always strive to gain knowledge that will enhance the lives of those I touch. Each year I take at least two to three classes in advanced bodywork. I have taken an integrative approach to massage therapy using a variety of modalities.
