LDC's mission is to deliver the authentic taste of Lebanon to Portland and the
vicinity. We do this by passionately preparing from scratch Lebanese cuisine
and food products. Our process begins with a commitment to delivering 'honest'
foods that will delight and capture the taste buds and imaginations of all who
sample them.  We believe in using only
the freshest ingredients from local producers, whenever possible. We also
believe in servant hood – providing all with an extraordinary personal service
experience – whether it is the consumer in a grocery store, a guest in the
deli, a catering customer, or our own team members.  Because we do these things, our customers
find a food experience that can't be matched.
