The company was founded by Stacey Glenewinkel. With more than two decades of experience leading institutional property management operations and overseeing multimillion-square-foot portfolios, she brings an executive-level perspective to real estate ownership decisions that are often left to fragmented advisors.

Her background spans portfolio management, capital planning, lease strategy, and construction oversight, giving her a full lifecycle understanding of how real estate assets perform; from acquisition and occupancy through long-term operations and eventual disposition.

Stacey previously served in a senior leadership role within one of the four largest, global, commercial real estate services firms. She was responsible for team leadership, operational performance, and financial outcomes across complex, multi-asset portfolios.

Today, she works directly with business owners who are planning to move into a new location or remodel their existing location and need a dedicated OPM to oversee construction, so they can focus on running their business. She also supports family offices and high net-worth individuals who want independent, fiduciary-minded oversight of their real estate assets, ensuring decisions are grounded in performance, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Her role is simple: to act as the owner’s advocate across every stage of the real estate lifecycle.
