Ivan Hernandez is the Community Development Manager with the Hillsboro Hops professional baseball team and Timbers2 professional soccer. A fundamental part of their work is maintaining effective communication with their work team, superiors, other organizations, and the media to promote and execute over 100 events annually.

In this workshop, called "How do I talk to my team", you will learn the basics of communication in a work environment, how to ask for help, lead a team, listen, call your team member's attention, and how to stay calm in times of high pressure.

Parte fundamental de su trabajo, es mantener comunicación efectiva con su equipo de trabajo, superiores, otras organizaciones y los medios para poder promover y ejecutar mas 100 eventos por ano.

En este taller, llamado "Como le hablo a mi equipo", aprenderás los fundamentos de comunicación en un ambiente de trabajo, como pedir ayuda, dirigir un equipo, escuchar, llamarle la atención a un miembro de tu equipo y, como mantener la calma en momentos de alta presión.
