Business planning is an important tool in the strategic growth of any small business. 

One of the more complex components of this planning is crafting "pro-forma financials" - projected budgets. 

This workshop will provide guidance on how to build and adjust 3-year projections. Our focus will be on Income Statements. We will briefly discuss Cash-Flow Statements and Balance Sheets.
