There are several changes to HR laws that will have significant impact on small businesses. This workshop will outline these changes and provide a forum for discussion on how to prepare for and navigate these changes.

These legal changes include a significant increase in the salary requirements for "exempt" positions (salaried employees that do not get overtime pay), plus changes to Oregon Paid Leave and Family Leave policies.
