Connect and learn with your nonprofit colleagues and collaborators 

This will be the first in what is hoped to be semi-monthly gatherings of nonprofits from around Washington County. The initial gathering will be an informal discussion around the following questions / topics: 

•What have you learned and how have you adapted your services through the pandemic? What key learnings / changes have had lasting impacts on your organization and the clients you serve? 

•How have you navigated the ongoing challenges around staffing? What has been most useful or successful for you in attracting and retaining top talent? 

•Going forward, what types of ongoing learning and / or partnerships will be most helpful to you and your organization?
