They help you think through priorities, set goals, and make your vision for growth a tangible, living document. They are a vital tool in your efforts to expand and diversify funding options. 

This will be a highly interactive session. Please bring a computer, your current strategic plan (if you have one), and a short list of goals for your organization over the next three to five years.
