Responsibilities 

• Menu development: Create and update drink menus to attract customers
• Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
• Staff training: Mentor and supervise other bartenders
• Customer service: Solve customer complaints and organize special events
• Cash management: Manage cash drawers
• Drink pricing: Set prices for drinks
• Communication: Communicate menu changes and additions to management
• Relationship building: Maintain relationships with distributors and brewers
• Trend analysis: Scout popular drink trends
• System creation: Develop systems for the bar's day-to-day operation
