Some of what you'd do:


Project Management: Assisting with projects, setting deadlines, and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Scheduling: Coordinating artist schedules, and meeting schedules.

Communication: Facilitating communication between different agencies, venues, and artists to ensure seamless workflows.

Administrative and Financial Tasks:

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of operational data and financial transactions.
  • Budgeting: Assisting with budgeting and tracking expenses.
  • Procurement: Managing procurement processes, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

Operational Support:

  • Troubleshooting: Addressing operational issues or challenges and identifying solutions.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Assisting with onboarding new employees and providing training on operational procedures.

Other Potential Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating events.
  • Vendor Management: Managing vendor relationships and invoicing.
  • Social Media

Hours vary, some weekends, compensation depends on experience
