What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working directly with Outside Sales Representative on Regional Territory Team.
  • Prospecting for new business and follow-up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Setting appointments for Outside Sales Reps and Property Max Realtors, hitting revenue goals, responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Accurately qualifying potential customers.
  • Utilizing scripts and prior trainings to accurately represent Property Max and what we can offer.
  • Working closely with Regional Territory Team to hit personal, team, and company goals.
  • Attending weekly trainings led by Senior Managers, Outside Sales Reps, and Director of Inside Sales.

The Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • A 'team-player' attitude with the drive to help their team succeed.
  • The ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • Independent self-starter, with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to grow independently and within a team environment.
  • Upbeat, culture-minded, and overall excellent person to work with our tight-knit team! If you are this person - WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!

The Qualifications That 'Catch Our Eye':

  • Sales - Inside or Outside (2+ years experience)
  • Experience in CRM Software/s (Salesforce, MOJO, etc.)
  • Desire to pursue a career in real-estate and for upward promotional growth
  • Bachelor's Degree
